The winner of both the USA and World champions in hurdle events, Lolo Jones has reached her current standing after a lot of struggle and immense patience. Jones was the sole child of a five-child family as well as grew up in a very poor environment. Her mother lived along the roads and inside the basement of a church in the area at times. Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa. She is a highly skilled New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt, along with her whole family, moved into Auckland New Zealand back in 1999. After several years being employed in the retail industry and then being promoted to the position of an IT consultant. Lesley's first job was a few model projects. Her appearances then included countless commercial advertisements. In 2008 she completed her majors in acting and further trained in Meisner techniques of learning. Lesley's first big role with New Zealand was as a TV actor on Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street as a supporting visitor part. In a subsequent sci-fi adaptation This Is Not My Life she portrayed the city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt starred in the show Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia, a hostage who was later seen in the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
