Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner is a modern-day woman with wisdom and energy. She's an actor writer, health practitioner and author. The talk-show host hosts and creates it. Perpetual Motion, as the name of her show is well-known to many people. Marilu's lifestyle has been an example of her healthy attitude. She is a firm believer that good health will allow you to do everything. However, it wasn't always this way. When she was a teen, she would be a frequent yo-yo eater watching her weight balloon way higher. She ate out of emotion and always felt unwell. After her parents passed away in their 50's - her mother suffering from the effects of arthritis and her father, from a heart attack--she knew she needed to take charge of her own health so that the same fate would befall her. The focus was on fitness, and the best way to improve the performance of our bodies.
