Geena Davis

Geena Davis is an acclaimed American producer, actress, writer, and feminist activist. Beyond her numerous roles in Hollywood and on television, she has also received critical acclaim for her roles in televisions serials of all genres. She was also a model prior to becoming a film actor. Her passion for music since in her childhood led her to learn piano and flute. She was a musician at an Church located in Wareham. She relocated in New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in acting. After a lot of struggle in the beginning, she was eventually working odd jobs and doing other activities before she finally got her breakthrough. The model was successful before she made her debut in the movie 'Tootsie' in 1982. Her acting career was very successful and she won the Oscar Award. The Golden Globe Award was presented to her in recognition of her performance in an American show on television. Reza was her partner and they have three kids: daughters, sons and a grandchild.
